General Terms of Sale and Use
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between DesignBasira, entrepreneur based at Jl. Malioboro No. 12, Yogyakarta 55000 (Indonesia), operating the digital platform IndoLingua (https://indolingua.fr), hereinafter "the Service". IndoLingua is an online software (SaaS) for learning the Indonesian language. By using our services, you accept these conditions.
IndoLingua offers Indonesian language courses through a web platform. Services include structured lessons, exercises, vocabulary flashcards, an AI conversation tool, and an OCR scanner depending on the chosen plan.
We offer several subscription plans: Discovery (free), Pro (monthly or annual), and Premium (monthly or annual). Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles invoicing, applicable tax collection (VAT/GST) and refunds. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal. In addition, IndoLingua offers a commercial 30-day full refund guarantee (see our Refund Policy), which is more favourable than the legal withdrawal right.

All content on IndoLingua (lessons, exercises, images, code) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
IndoLingua strives to provide quality content but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email in case of significant changes.
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta (Indonesia).
